Great customer service, Deana Craig was awesome to work with. She helped explain all the different types of tops and styles , and answered any questions or concerns. We live 2 hours away, she made sure our order process was done in one trip . Great job from the crew that came out and done the templet and installation also , they take pride in their work , 10/10 highly recommend them for your countertop needs.
I could not be any happier with my experience. I live 2 1/2 hours away, and Rebecca helped me with all I needed in picking out my granite for my countertops. Everything was scheduled conveniently. Someone came out and made a template of what was needed and installation the following week. I absolutely LOVE my granite and highly recommend Rebecca and Granite Depot of Lexington.
I worked with Robbin Johnson at Granite Depot on Manchester st in Lexington. Robbin reminded me a bit of Martha Stewart in terms of class, respectful approach, and thoughtful design solutions. She knows her stock. She knows the available options. She knows her clients. Furthermore, Robbin is superior with communication, texting or calling to ensure I was aware of the process. Robbin also made me feel extremely valued and worked to get the granite I wanted. Also- prices at granite depot beat everyone else. The installers were professional and neat. They even cleaned up a mess I had made as they cleaned their own. I’m very pleased. Robbin - thank you!!!
I absolutely love my granite countertops Liza was absolutely the best she made everything so easy and the experience was so amazing she answered all my questions she made the transition so easy!! I needed new countertops for my rental house. Vicky was my sales rep. She is so much fun and made the process exciting. Our installer Carlos was very skilled, nice and installation was fast. Definitely recommend.
We just had our countertops installed by Granite Depot and cannot say enough good things about our experience. We worked with Robbin, who was so very patient with us in helping us get exactly what we wanted. She was so kind and just simply checked in frequently while we waited for everything to be remodeled in our kitchen. We were on a time crunch and they made sure to get our template done and countertops installed in one week. Each person that showed up to our house was so professional and the price on our quartz countertops was unmatched. We visited several places and Granite Depot had the best prices and customer service! If you are looking, I would highly recommend this company and Robbin to assist you!
I visited four countertop businesses in the Lexington area and knew immediately that I wanted to work with Deana at Granite Depot. They had an extensive selection of all options and she “got my vibe” right off the bat. We selected a gorgeous quartzite and it just got installed yesterday. The installers were super friendly, efficient, and were true professionals. The countertops are the focal point of my kitchen reno and I couldn’t be happier.

We love our new granite counter tops. Rebecca was great to work with through the ordering process. She kept in touch every step of the way. The two young men who came to do the install were so nice, professional but also very friendly. Our install was hard work for them as one slab had to be installed inside an area walled in on both ends and framed by trim. But they got it in! They cleaned up and gave us a few tips on caring for the granite. We are extremely pleased with Granite Depot and our new countertops!

Wow! If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have. It was an absolute, great experience working with "The Granite Depot." Specifically, this location and even more specific, Dina. Service like hers should be every where in every store. The easiest part of my whole kitchen renovation was the granite countertops. Dina- HANDS DOWN- is the hardest worker I've ever dealt with. She walked me through the entire process and made everything make sense, and I had a TON of questions. From the time I requested information about quartz countertops to the granite purchase we ultimately made, she was: informative, helpful, and just plain easy to work with. We now have countertops and an island top that fits our log cabin that we absolutely love because of her help. Go to this location and ask for Dina.
Granite Depot provided some beautiful marble countertops for our new kitchen. While other stores strongly deterred us from marble and sent us on our way, Rebecca with Granite Depot was diligent to help us get the countertops we wanted while also making sure we understood the pros and cons of marble. Needed hard countertops for a couple rental properties, Vicky was easy to work with and matched the right options for the job. Install was quick and professional. Will use them again for the next project should it be budget friendly or high end remodel.
I would recommend Granite Depot, the service was excellent. Rebecca was the representative that handled our installation and was very helpful, she stayed on top of everything and gave regular updates from the first day until the project was complete. The installation crew did a quality job, left a clean area when they were done and were polite and friendly while on site.

Great experience! Got the countertops I wanted for a great price and install was fantastic. There was even an issue with the sink from the factory and they did not hesitate to come and replace it. Deana was awesome to work with and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mitch and everyone at Granite Depot were very helpful in getting our kitchen countertops. The process was very quick and I was amazed at the result. I am very happy with our quartz counters and the ease of getting them installed was well worth the time and money. The installers were also very accommodating and professional.

I love me new quartz counter tops. Granite Depot made it quick, easy, affordable. Mitch brought samples to my house, talked me through the process, and made it happen. Overall, I am pleased. The tech that came to measure could have been a little more personable. We were happy with the counter and installers.
Actually a very good experience. Although my order was a bit unusual, Deanne locked it in with a few back and forth text, the lead time was less than a week and Jose and team arrived and installed on day and time promised. Could not have been better.

Overall we had a good experience. The installers were great and extremely helpful! Robbin helped with selection and she was amazing. The only complaint we had was with the template guy. He was very hard to understand. It left us nervous that we may not be getting what we wanted but it all worked out.
A great experience with Bobbi! She went above and beyond your “ typical” customer service” from walking through the door, to selecting the perfect stone and sink! She is GREAT at what she does and we could not be happier.The installers were very professional, friendly and efficient. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He answered ALL my questions!

Awesome place. More in stock than I expected. I was able to find a slab that matched what I wanted very easily. The staff was very polite and helpful. Quick turnaround, delivery is scheduled for next Friday. Only about 10 days to install from picking it out.

I cannot recommend this business enough! During our home remodel, we were left out to dry by our past granite installer, leaving us without 1 piece of granite for our countertops. Granite Depot of Lexington was able to help us find a match for what we currently had, get it cut to the length we need, and have it ready for us all within a week!!! The process was so seamless, fast, and their pricing is great. Mitch was such a big help for us, he was sending me pictures of potential matches the day I inquired, before I was even able to make it in person to the store. I definitely recommend these guys for all your countertop needs, I couldn’t have had an easier time getting this done!! Thank you Granite Depot and Mitch!!! 🙂

I worked with Bobbie she was Fantastic from beginning to end. I had a hard time envisioning and changed my mind on the stone several times. Bobbie never wavered, had the patience of Job, and I know she must had been frustrated with me, I was frustrated with myself but Bobbie remained patient and kind through it all. Installation on the other hand, wasn’t good the seam was larger than the grout line in my flooring there was a large gap not only on top where it was very visible but underneath it didn’t meet at all the cabinets were not level and the first crew put shims in some areas but not in others so the countertop didn’t match up so they took a sander and started sanding the stone to try to force it to work! there was a miscut on the side slab that made it look like a chip, On the left side of my stove they put shims under the countertop but on the right side of the stove they did not, so it was higher on one side of the stove than the other it looked like a DIY gone wrong and I paid upwards of $7500 for the quartzite I chose. I immediately contacted Bobby again she was fantastic and worked feverishly to make it right. I told her I did not want that same crew coming back to try and fix the issues because I didn’t think they knew what they were doing. She said no problem she’d contact the manager and owner and she’d do everything in her power to help make it right and she asked me to send her pics of everything I had told her when she got the pics she couldn’t apologize enough and promised they make it right. I had to wait a week for another installer and I had my doubts anyone could fix this mess and thought I’d have to fight tooth and nail to get it done. I had to wait a week but they sent Juan and boy was it worth the wait he worked for 3 hours straight trying to fix the issues, and much to my surprise he fixed them all. I wish the seam was closer but to take it from where it was to Juan’s finished product after the number that first crew did on it takes true talent. So if you use this Company ask for Bobbie as your sales rep and Juan as your installer, You will be pleased with both. Thank you Bobbie an Juan you are the best, and Thank you Granite Depot for standing behind the installation by making it tight. I suggest you have Juan do as many of your installations as you can and put Bobbie on your front lines she does your company proud.

Great experience. We had a countertop installed for a coffee bar. Granite Depot was ready to template within a few days and only took 5 days to come back with the countertop ready for installation. When they installed it, it only took a couple of hours and it looks very nice. Highly recommend!

We just recently had Granite Depot install new granite countertops in our kitchen. Mitch came out, took measurements, and gave us an estimate on the spot. Raven took care of the contract details later that same day. Two working days later they measured for the template, and just over a week later came out and did the tear-out and install in about 2 1/2 hours. For such a major rebuild in an essential room in the house, the disruption was as minimal as possible. We're very pleased with the product and the process and the price, having compared them to a big box hardware store and a 'full-service' contractor. We highly recommend them if you're thinking about replacing that formica!
Great experience working with Raven at Granite Depot. I went to the Nicholasville location. She had a quote back to me immediately, answered my many questions along the way, and had templating and install scheduled ASAP so we could meet our deadline for tile. Install was done professionally and on time. Would definitely work with Raven and granite depot on future projects.

Go see Bobbi at Granite Depot on Manchester Street in Lexington, she is great!I started a remodel on my own with formica countertops from Lowes that looked like granite. A couple bad cuts and frustration started setting in. With my kitchen torn apart and feeling overwhelmed, I called Granite Depot. Bobbi was able to meet with me that afternoon. She was easy to talk to and provided several options that worked within my budget. In less than an hour I was setup with an install date 7 days out.Jose and his two helpers showed up today. All three were very polite, and the install went well. I asked them to make a few minor corrections to a small piece of granite that was on the order. They said “No problem”, and was able to fix it right away on site at the house.Granite Depot delivered on their promise of 5 - 7 days installed. The team was professional all the way around. I highly recommend them.

Granite Depot of Lexington, specifically Mitchell made our buying and installation a breeze! I am DIYing our kitchen and adding quartz made it so much brighter and more beautiful! I have kids and had to reschedule last minute due to the plumbing issues— the ladies at Granite Depot of Lexington made sure they could reschedule me the NEXT day so I didn’t have to live without water!!!!
