My wife and I used Granite Depot of Lexington for our home renovation. Could not recommend this company enough! If you are looking for a very face to face experience when deciding on countertops I highly recommend stopping in and talking to Kerry. The countertops were installed in under two weeks! Would and will definitely use GD of Lex again in the future!

Granite Depot was fabulous to work with! We worked with Robbin to help us bring our vision to life for our business in Midway. She was fantastic at coordinating the entire process, sourcing the perfect stone, & extremely timely! We couldn’t have asked for a better countertop for our bar, it is absolutely STUNNING. Everyone we met with was very professional & wonderful at what they do. We were involved in every step of the process, which was easy as everyone was very communicative & focused on making sure we were 100% happy. The templating was extremely thorough & we were even able to visualize it on our stone in person before it was cut. We were very pleased with the smooth installation & the care every single person took into their work! We are so excited to share our collaboration with Granite Depot once we are up & running!

Wonderful people and service all around from start with Deana who was so helpful and Arthur who measured for the template and the best two installers who put it in, all so helpful, knowledgable and professional. Fabulous people and great service! I Love my granite counter tops so much!!! I highly recommend the Granite Depot and will be using them again at my other house! The entire staff is fantastic! Starting with Kerri in the office to the guys that measured and did the template to the installers. They were all very polite, considerate, professional and made sure I was pleased with the finished project. My kitchen is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. It was just what I wanted. I stopped by granite depot of Lexington and met Gina she priced us a granite kitchen countertop at the best price in town and she was so friendly and kind that we decided this was the place for us to buy she kept us informed through the whole process and a week later they was here to install it. The installers did a great job we absolutely love our kitchen now we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for countertops.

I visited the location on Manchester Street. Deana was very helpful and sent me home with a couple of samples. From those, I chose the perfect quartz for my kitchen. I even got a granite composite sink! Their prices were the best I had seen and I had shopped around. They sent someone out to complete the template on Monday and on Friday the installers were here to complete the project. I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience, the people providing their services, or how wonderful my kitchen looks because of Granite Depot of Lexington. I highly recommend them!

Granite Depot did an awesome job on our kitchen countertops project. The countertops are so beautiful! From start to finish, they were professional, patient and polite. Deana matched our colors perfectly and estimated our project precisely, so our invoice was as quoted. Everyone, from the gentleman (sorry, forgot his name) who created the template of our rather unconventional countertop shape and size, to the installers, went way beyond the call of duty to ensure our project was completed to our expectations. I wanted a granite hearth for my new fireplace and I went to several places looking for what I wanted. The problem was: even if I found something, no one wanted to sell it to me because the job was too small. I happened to drive by Granite Depot one weekend and decided to try them. They had a beautiful piece of granite and were perfectly happy to do the job. The sales lady was very patient with me and showed me lots of pieces. The template was done only days after I placed my order and the installation was done fast - within two weeks. The company communicated really well and all their workers and workmanship was awesome. When we remodel our last bathroom, we will definitely get the countertops here.

I would like to say how satisfied I was with Granite Depot. Very professional and worked with me to get just what I wanted. Robin was very patient with me while I was trying to decide exactly what I wanted and it turned out gorgeous. They stuck to the time they said they would be here and called ahead of time to give me a heads up

I recently shopped for a new countertop, and after some research, I found that Granite Depot of Lexington was the best choice. From the start, I was well-informed about different products and guided toward the best option for my kitchen. I absolutely love the color and pattern I chose! The installation was done beautifully, and everything looks perfect. Plus, the price was much lower than at other places. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience getting a quartz countertop and under mount sink installed. I have to brag on the two gentlemen who installed it. I did my kitchen updates in a very backwards way: I already had a tile backsplash installed and wasn't going to change it. I don't know how, but not one tile was damaged from removing the old laminate countertop and installing my new quartz. It was demoed and installed in less than 2 hours. They were friendly and efficient. Liza was very thorough with the scheduling and ensuring we had everything ready to go. All in all, id recommend them to family and friends! They had a great deal for granite but we decided to splurge up to quartz and it was still cheaper than we thought! And it's a beautiful stone. I can't keep my hands off it.

I would recommend Granite Depot to everyone! My experience from start to finish was wonderful. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 and working with Deana the same! She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Super nice and knowledgeable. The install was quick, seamless and efficient. They were kind, respectful and cleaned up before they left. I am very happy with my quartz countertops! Oh, and do your bathrooms as well! So glad I decided to do everything. We love our new countertops!!! We have a pretty large kitchen, nearly 100 sq ft of counter top space. So Granite depot had their work cut out for them. Artur worked hard and did a fantastic job with the large template. Carlos and his team demoed our old countertops and installed the new with professionalism and expertise. Liza was our sales rep and truly took care of us through the entire process. I highly recommend Granite Depot and will definitely use them in the future.

Our first meeting was with Liza. She explained the process so we could understand every step. She laid out the timeline and it turned out to be spot on.
The Gentleman that came to create the Template was on time, knowledgable, and courteous. He spent several minutes explaining the options and reviewed the final template with us.

The entire experience with Granite Depot was amazing. It started via text with Robbin. She was extremely patient with all the questions from my wife and I. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her products.

Granite Depot installed beautiful countertops and backsplash for my kitchen renovation! Robin was so patient, professional and knowledgeable while the crew were prompt and responsible. Robin had great suggestions; she wanted to make sure we loved the final result. Such an effective team. I highly recommend Robin and her team!! Though the kitchen isn’t complete, the pictures highlight the beautiful counters and backsplash.

Im so impressed with Granite Depot. Prices are very reasonable and very good selection of products on hand. From the time we were ready for the template Granite Depot had it install the next week. Also Liza was top notch. She kept in touch with us every step of the way even to contact us after hours about a slight delay that she made right and got us ready for the template earlier than expected. Great job by everyone at Granite Depot. Both Robbin and Liza were terrific each step of the way. The install was professionally done and faster than expected. Lots of stone and options to choose from. Our new quartz countertop and undermount sink are such an upgrade from the old laminate. And these folks were more affordable than 3 other places that gave us quotes. Recommend them highly.

Hi there, my name is suzana Grippedo, and I purchased quarts from my counter tops. Rebecca and I kept in touch though the whole process. Yesterday, the guys came out to install my counter tops. As they were taking out the old counters they broke the back of my sink, then my counter tops has scuffes all though and I ask the guys what is this they assured me that it will come out with soap and water. So I had to leave to work. I paid around, give or take 6000. For these tops. I got home today and started washing the counters like I was told just to find that this is not wiping off. So I contacted them and told them what had happened, gave them pictures of the problem, and now I'm hoping they are going to do the right thing and fix this issue asap.with know stress. I will update this post once I get an answer from the owner. If i knew how to attach the picture, i would. Thank you, Suzana Grippedo
So as promised I just got off the phone with the owner from granite depot Tom as we where talking about the problems with the counter tops and how my sink got broken, his response to this was well Carlos said that your sink was the old one and the new one was on the way! So my response to that was wow so you're telling me that just because they took out my old sink that it's ok that they broke it!!" And then the conversation went as follows I will have to go to the shop and see when the technician can come back out and see what they can do for you. I told him they could come and take this second-hand damaged quarts out and put in a new one in. I also told him I'm not taking down the post, but I will update it. Tom's response to this was it doesn't matter if you put 0 stars because by tomorrow, I'll get 5 stars again from someone else. So here you go. I just hope Tom does right and replaces my counter tops with new ones without damage and second hand on it. I hope its going to be stress free asap! I'll keep you updated

I could not be any happier with my experience. I live 2 1/2 hours away, and Rebecca helped me with all I needed in picking out my granite for my countertops. Everything was scheduled conveniently. Someone came out and made a template of what was needed and installation the following week. I absolutely LOVE my granite and highly recommend Rebecca and Granite Depot of Lexington.

I worked with Robbin Johnson at Granite Depot on Manchester st in Lexington. Robbin reminded me a bit of Martha Stewart in terms of class, respectful approach, and thoughtful design solutions. She knows her stock. She knows the available options. She knows her clients. Furthermore, Robbin is superior with communication, texting or calling to ensure I was aware of the process. We just had our countertops installed by Granite Depot and cannot say enough good things about our experience. We worked with Robbin, who was so very patient with us in helping us get exactly what we wanted. She was so kind and just simply checked in frequently while we waited for everything to be remodeled in our kitchen. We were on a time crunch and they made sure to get our template done and countertops installed in one week. Each person that showed up to our house was so professional and the price on our quartz countertops was unmatched. We visited several places and Granite Depot had the best prices and customer service! If you are looking, I would highly recommend this company and Robbin to assist you!

I visited four countertop businesses in the Lexington area and knew immediately that I wanted to work with Deana at Granite Depot. We love our new granite counter tops. Rebecca was great to work with through the ordering process. She kept in touch every step of the way. The two young men who came to do the install were so nice, professional but also very friendly. Our install was hard work for them as one slab had to be installed inside an area walled in on both ends and framed by trim. But they got it in! They cleaned up and gave us a few tips on caring for the granite. We are extremely pleased with Granite Depot and our new countertops!

Wow! If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have. It was an absolute, great experience working with "The Granite Depot." Specifically, this location and even more specific, Dina. Service like hers should be every where in every store. The easiest part of my whole kitchen renovation was the granite countertops. Dina- HANDS DOWN- is the hardest worker I've ever dealt with. She walked me through the entire process and made everything make sense, and I had a TON of questions. From the time I requested information about quartz countertops to the granite purchase we ultimately made, she was: informative, helpful, and just plain easy to work with. We now have countertops and an island top that fits our log cabin that we absolutely love because of her help. Go to this location and ask for Dina.

Actually a very good experience. Although my order was a bit unusual, Deanne locked it in with a few back and forth text, the lead time was less than a week and Jose and team arrived and installed on day and time promised. Could not have been better.

He was very hard to understand. It left us nervous that we may not be getting what we wanted but it all worked out.

I cannot recommend this business enough! During our home remodel, we were left out to dry by our past granite installer, leaving us without 1 piece of granite for our countertops. Granite Depot of Lexington was able to help us find a match for what we currently had, get it cut to the length we need, and have it ready for us all within a week!!! The process was so seamless, fast, and their pricing is great. Mitch was such a big help for us, he was sending me pictures of potential matches the day I inquired, before I was even able to make it in person to the store. I worked with Bobbie she was Fantastic from beginning to end. I had a hard time envisioning and changed my mind on the stone several times. Bobbie never wavered, had the patience of Job, and I know she must had been frustrated with me, I was frustrated with myself but Bobbie remained patient and kind through it all. Installation on the other hand, wasn’t good the seam was larger than the grout line in my flooring there was a large gap not only on top where it was very visible but underneath it didn’t meet at all the cabinets were not level and the first crew put shims in some areas but not in others so the countertop didn’t match up so they took a sander and started sanding the stone to try to force it to work! there was a miscut on the side slab that made it look like a chip, On the left side of my stove they put shims under the countertop but on the right side of the stove they did not, so it was higher on one side of the stove than the other it looked like a DIY gone wrong and I paid upwards of $7500 for the quartzite I chose. I immediately contacted Bobby again she was fantastic and worked feverishly to make it right. I told her I did not want that same crew coming back to try and fix the issues because I didn’t think they knew what they were doing. She said no problem she’d contact the manager and owner and she’d do everything in her power to help make it right and she asked me to send her pics of everything I had told her when she got the pics she couldn’t apologize enough and promised they make it right. I had to wait a week for another installer and I had my doubts anyone could fix this mess and thought I’d have to fight tooth and nail to get it done. I had to wait a week but they sent Juan and boy was it worth the wait he worked for 3 hours straight trying to fix the issues, and much to my surprise he fixed them all. I wish the seam was closer but to take it from where it was to Juan’s finished product after the number that first crew did on it takes true talent. So if you use this Company ask for Bobbie as your sales rep and Juan as your installer, You will be pleased with both. Thank you Bobbie an Juan you are the best, and Thank you Granite Depot for standing behind the installation by making it tight. I suggest you have Juan do as many of your installations as you can and put Bobbie on your front lines she does your company proud.

Great experience. We had a countertop installed for a coffee bar. Granite Depot was ready to template within a few days and only took 5 days to come back with the countertop ready for installation. When they installed it, it only took a couple of hours and it looks very nice. Highly recommend!

We just recently had Granite Depot install new granite countertops in our kitchen. Mitch came out, took measurements, and gave us an estimate on the spot. Raven took care of the contract details later that same day. Two working days later they measured for the template, and just over a week later came out and did the tear-out and install in about 2 1/2 hours. For such a major rebuild in an essential room in the house, the disruption was as minimal as possible. We're very pleased with the product and the process and the price, having compared them to a big box hardware store and a 'full-service' contractor. We highly recommend them if you're thinking about replacing that formica!

She had a quote back to me immediately, answered my many questions along the way, and had templating and install scheduled ASAP so we could meet our deadline for tile. Jose and his two helpers showed up today. All three were very polite, and the install went well. I asked them to make a few minor corrections to a small piece of granite that was on the order. They said “No problem”, and was able to fix it right away on site at the house.
